My Butter Chicken



 Ingredients

  •  6 pieces of chicken
  • Butter chicken sauce
  • Rice or potato
  1.   Cut chicken in to small pieces add a bit of water and the chicken is cooked before add the butter chicken sauce drain the water out.
  2. In another pot add 6 cups of water  
  3. wash the rice 
  4. Add the rice to the pot when the water is boiled and cooked till the water is gone.
  5. serve 5 to 6 people.



Birthdays

 My nana's birthday was on the 21st of September i made my nana a fold up card.

later on that day we had a chocolate cake and we had happy birthday candles in it.

On the 25th of September it was our mum's birthday i made her a card and got her a keyring

and Jimmy got our mum a jigsaw puzzle. We help our nana to cook dinner for our mum and after dinner we had a chocolate cake with happy birthday candles in it.

My Weet-Bix slice

 Ingredients 

  • 12 Weet-Bix
  • 1/4 cup 29g cocoa
  • 3/4 cup 130g brown sugar
  • 200g butter- melted
  • 1 egg
  • chocolate icing
  • 1 1/2 cups 225g icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa 
  • 1 tsp softened butter
  • 2 tbsp boiling water
  1. Perheat your oven to 170 degrees clelsius and line 28 x 18cm slice tin with baking paper. Set aside until needed.
  2. Place the Weet-bix into a food processer and pulse until crushed.
  3. In a large bowl, add the crushed weet-bix, cocoa, brown sugar, melted butter, coconut and egg and mix well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to your slice tin and use the back of a spoon to press the mixture firmly into the tray.
  5. Place the tray into the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until firm to the touch.
  6. Carefully remove the weet-bix slice from the oven and allow it to completely cool.
  7. Once the slice is cool, place all of the ingredients for the chocolate icing into a small bowl and mix until combined and the mixture is smooth.
  8. Pour the icing over the top of the slice and use a butter knife to smooth the surface. Decorate with 100s and 1000s.
  9. Allow the chocolate icing to set before slicing into pieces and storing in an airtight container.  



 



My fold up cards

 

Had so much fun making this fold up card with my mum 
because i have make it for my mum for her birthday tomorrow.



I made this one for my teacher just to make something new 
i had so much fun making the card with my mum and my big brother Jimmy.
