  1. Kia Ora Amelia,

My name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the summer learning journey. It is awesome to see that you have signed up and started the summer learning journey, there are a lot of fun activities we post each day so I look forward to seeing you blog about them throughout the summer.

It is awesome to see some of your favourite things to do in summer and a lot of them are the same as mine. From the photos it looks like you enjoy your dog, presents and pancakes? Those are three things I love as well.

Your inspiration words are awesome and very creative. How would you use them to create slam poetry?

Keep up the good work and I hope to see more of your posts during the Summer Learning Journey!!

    Ngā mihi nui,
    Zana Yates

    2. Hi Amelia,

I think what you have done for this activity will be used later on in the summer learning journey to make and perform your own slam poetry so make sure you save this post!

  2. Well done Amelia. Good on you for getting stuck into the SLJ activities.

This great work, and some great words.

Have you ever used the thesaurus when doing your writing work at school?

    Keep up the fabulous work!
